Yo peeps,
We're here in Portugal, and loving it! We got to the airport in France, and some scary looking military people wouldn't let us through to our terminal, but wouldn't tell us why, or how to get into our flight, which was annoying!!! We ended up walking around the ENTIRE airport to get to our terminal. Ha ha we were early anyway so it was all good. The flight was then delayed by half n hour. Easy jet doesn't give you a assigned seats, you just get in and grab a seat wherever you can. We got the VERY last 2 seats at the back of the plane ha ha. Next time we're actually going to line up. Whoops. Then once we landed in Portugal there was another problem trying to open the door of the plane or something, so had another half hour wait.
It was all worth it though, we are at this beautiful beach town called praia das macas. It's pretty sick, except I didn't realize we are staying in a guys surfers lodge ha ha, thanks jay. NO TOWELS, ha ha. We are going out now to buy some.
It's sooooo cheap here compared to Paris, with lots of fresh seafood. We had a really nice dinner last night. The people are so friendly as well! It's such a sleepy little surf town, which is a nice contrast to Paris. Jay went suring and it was FREEZING. It's sunny and warm till like 10 at night, so it's great!!!
Not doing many touristy things here, just chilling on the beach, so we'll post again once we,re in Sintra!
